ADEE looks forward to welcoming you to Dublin for ADEE 2025 to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. Our meeting venue will be The Trinity Business School, situated in the heart of Dublin on the main Trinity College Campus. All academic, exhibition and lunch events will be held at the business school site.
The Trinity College Campus is situated in the centre of Dublin city, a short walk from O’Connell or Graton Street and surrounded by a busy shopping and business district. There is an array of accommodation option all within walking distance of campus. However, we do advise delegates that accommodation in Dublin fills up quickly and can become expensive. The special room rates provided on this page are for information purposes only and all room booking are transacted directly with the accommodation provider. We strongly encourage delegates to ensure the rooms they book meet their requirements and that the fully understand the conditions of booking.
We are aware of a number of other high profile events happing in Dublin during the same period and as such we do expect hotels to sell out fast and for hotels to apply dynamic pricing. Therefore its important to book early.
Together with our partners in Trinity College Dublin Accommodation Services and our colleagues in Room Trust, we are making available some special offers for ADEE delegates, with hotels in the area and also onsite in TCD campus.
Stay on campus at Trinity College Dublin
If you are interesting in staying on campus we have place a hold on a limited number of rooms at Trinity’s new Printing House Square Student Accommodation. Each en-suite room contains either a single or double bed and has a private bathroom. Each unit is private and lockable within a 6-8 bedded apartment that shares living/kitchen space. Linen, towels & toiletries are provided as is WIFI and 24 hour building security. During August, these rooms can rent for up to €250.

*These rates include full Irish Breakfast at the Buttery, Trinity’s onsite dining space.

Special conference rates will only apply once you have done this.
Enter date range - must be between 18-23 August to avail of promo code rate - apply dates.
Should delegates wish to book outside this date range they will be offered Best Available Rates.
Rates quoted are on B&B basis. Full payment is taken at time of booking and full refund will be provided once cancelled 72 hours in advance of arrival date.
Availability is based on live availability therefore rooms are on first come first served basis.
