For 25 years I have been doing research, teaching and specialist healthcare at the Univ. of Zagreb School of Dental Med. (Full Professor of Oral Medicine and Vice-Dean for International Collaboration and coordinator of Dental Medicine Study Program in English) and at University Hospital Center Zagreb (Oral Medicine Consultant).

Professor Barry Quinn was an UG lead for over 240 students at KCL, now at the University of Liverpool. Honorary Consultant in Restorative Dentistry Prosthodontics, Endodontics and Periodontics.Barry has a PhD in clinical simulation education. His research has involved working with inter-professional teams in developing haptic simulation for dental, medical, nursing and veterinary professionals. Always interested in recruiting PhD candidates who wish to pursue educational research.

Research activities in evidence-based dentistry, implant osseointegration, diabetes, bone biology, teaching modalities and analytics. Educational activities in under- and postgraduate training: scientific education, prosthetic dentistry, implant-supported restorations, multidisciplinary treatment planning. Past-President (2018-2020) Educational Programme Dentistry KU Leuven. Vice-dean Dentistry of Health Sciences Faculty UC Louvain (2025-present). Board member, Past-President and Secretary/Treasurer of Implantology Research Group of IADR (International Association for Dental Research (2015-2020). Coordinator of the Institute for Osseointegration KU Leuven (2015-2025). Board member and President (2023) of Belgian Society for Oral Implantology (BVOI). Board member of Association for Dental Education in Europe (ADEE). Fellow, Education Delegate Belgium & Luxemburg and Senior Editor ITI Academy of ITI (International Team for Implantology) (2023-present).

Cristina graduated in Medicine in 1985 in the Autonomous University of Barcelona and then moved to Louvain (Belgium) where she obtained her PhD by the Catholic University of Louvain in 1988. Associated Professor of the newly founded Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Barcelona in 1989, she was promoted to Professor Titular of Human Anatomy and Embryology in 1992. Her main research interest lies in Bone biology, especially related to craniofacial development and osteointegration, and in the improvement of the teaching of Anatomy and Embryology in dental education.

Professor Sibylle Vital graduated from the University of Paris Descartes in 2003. She completed a PhD in Oral Biology at the University of Paris Descartes in 2006 and a post-doctoral work at the University of California, San Francisco, USA in 2007. She is a full-time Professor of Pediatric Dentistry at University of Paris. From 2013-2016, she was head of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics and she is currently Vice Dean for Academic Affairs. She serves on the review board of the EJDE since 2014. Active member of ADEE since 2010, Sibylle is a member of the ADEE Executive Committee.

Priv.-Doz. Dr. Ina Schüler is head of Section of Preventive and Paediatric Dentistry at Jena University Hospital, Germany. She finished her Habilitation in 2018 at Jena University Hospital and the Master of Medical Education (MME-D) in 2017 at University Heidelberg. Her special educational research interests are Feedback, Assessment, Chairside Teaching and Entrustable Professional Activities in Dentistry. Ina's medical resaerch focusses on oral health in patients with special healthcare needs.

Elene Gigineishvili has served as Head of the Dentistry Department at the School of Health Sciences, University of Georgia (Tbilisi) since 2015. She is an Accreditation and Authorization Expert at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE), where she contributes to strengthening national standards in dental education. Her professional interests include curriculum development, special care dentistry, and dental public health. Associate Professor Gigineishvili has been an active member of the Association for Dental Education in Europe (ADEE) since 2018 and currently serves as an ADEE Board Member for the 2023–2028 term, as well as a Leader Program Evaluator. She is also a member of the Sectoral Council of Higher Education in Dentistry and an official member of the International Association for Dental Research (IADR).

Upen is Head of Dentistry (interim) at the University of Birmingham, UK. He is an Associate Clinical Professor and Honorary Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at Birmingham Dental Hospital & School of Dentistry, University of Birmingham. He leads the largest dental undergraduate teaching placement service, Clinical Practice, for Birmingham Community Healthcare Foundation Trust. He is a member of the ADEE Executive Committee and President of the British Society of Prosthodontics.

Dr. Dalia Meisha is an associate professor and consultant with a dual specialty in dental public health and orthodontics at King Abdulaziz University Faculty of Dentistry (KAUFD). Currently, she is the director of the outcome assessment division at KAUFD. Dr. Meisha was the first director and founder of the outcome assessment unit at KAU Deanship of Quality and Academic Accreditation. In this role, she excelled in building the culture as well as policies and procedures of quality assurance in dental education. Dr. Meisha demonstrated leadership and vital roles during the school’s journey with the American Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and NCAAA national accreditation bodies. She is also a site-visit accreditor with NCAAA. Dr. Dalia had international experience as a faculty and research statistician at VCOM medical school in Virginia state, USA, as well as clinical experience in private practice as an orthodontist in the same state for 3 Years. Dr. Meisha completed her postgraduate studies at Boston University, where she obtained a Master of Public Health, a clinical residency in orthodontics, and a doctorate in dental public health. She also has a certificate in Teaching and learning in Higher Education from Virginia Tech, USA. In addition, she is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Public Health and the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Meisha serves on the editorial board of the Saudi Dental Journal, the Scientific Advisory Board of JDR Clinical & Translational Research (IADR official journal) and is a peer reviewer for Journal of Dental Education, AJODO, and others. She was recently appointed Chair of the IADR Constitution Committee, member of the IADR Gies Award Committee, and member of the IADR-Saudi division committee.
