Session synopsis: 
Undergraduate students and graduate dentists find endodontics a particularly challenging and stressful areas of dentistry.

The aim of this joint ADEE/ESE symposium is to discuss the implications of the new undergraduate curriculum, while considering exacerbators and modifiers for student stress in endodontics. Finally, there will be a discussion about how we can best integrate new research into endodontics teaching and ultimately a change to clinical practice using vital pulp treatment as an example.
