The Faculty of Dentistry at the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania, and the Academic Centre for Dentistry Amsterdam (ACTA) in Amsterdam, Netherlands, have collaboratively initiated two research studies designed for the academic environment at our faculties.
The first study, titled “An Inventory of Haptic-Based Dental Simulators in Dental Faculties across Europe” is directed towards a member of the teaching academic staff at the faculties you lead, who supervises or is involved in activities with dental simulators.
We strongly hope that, upon concluding the study, we will all gain a clearer understanding of the utilization, benefits, and areas for improvement in the use of haptic-based dental simulators within our faculties by relating to the experiences of other academic groups.
