Invitation to Review the DeNTS Framework
The Faculty of Dental Trainers, RCSEd, is updating its Dental Non-Technical Skills Framework, DeNTS, first published in 2019. Non-technical skills are part of “human factors” and include the cognitive and social skills that support safe and effective clinical performance. In healthcare, these skills are recognised as important for improving patient care and outcomes. Colleagues are invited to review the proposed changes and share their feedback through the online survey until the 1st of July following this link. |
