The board of the Association for Dental Education in Europe (ADEE) is delighted to offer its draft strategy covering the period 1st of January 2027 to the 31st of December 2030 for consultation. The strategy entitled ‘Consultation, growth and succession’ has evolved over the last six months through board discussion and con textual analysis.
Within the strategy the ADEE board has identified 5 strategic areas for future development and growth. These are:
- Educator training development and leadership
- Advocacy, collaboration and consensus
- Enhancing ADEE’s profile, projects and its people
- Guidance, policy and quality position alignment
- Membership and funding consolidation and growth
This draft document is now presented to our members and the wider public for consultation. We are particularly interested in hearing our members views on the strategic areas and how they feel these will assist them in their organisational activities. ADEE firmly believes we are our members thus it is important for us that membership as well as the board's ownership of this strategy. We invite you to complete this short online form to provide your feedback having read the draft strategy. This form will remain open until 30th of June.
