Prof Maria-Cristina Manzanares
ADEE's Editor in Chief of the EJDE
ADEE and Wiley have appointed Prof Cristina Manzanares Céspedes, University of Barcelona as ADEE's Editor in Chief of the EJDE.
Prof Manzanares Céspedes has a considerable history of supporting ADEE activities and is widely published in her own field of anatomy as well as through ADEE work. We are confident that Prof Manzanares Céspedes will bring enthusiasm and passion to the journal in her term as editor and we look forward to working with her to enable the journal grow from strength to strength.
Prof Manzanares Céspedes takes over from Dr Ronald Gorter ACTA, Netherlands who has served as Editor in Chief from 2021 to 2025. During his term Dr Gorter oversaw the journal through the COVID period that saw submissions increase considerable. Dr Gorter’s commitment to the journal and support for the development early career authors will remain a hall mark of his term as editor.
Both Prof Manzanares Céspedes and Dr Gorter will be in attendance at ADEE 2025 Dublin should you wish to discuss the European Journal of Dental Education with them!
